1:200 Diecast: Xiamen Airlines Boeing 737-75C(WL) B-5280 "Old Colors" (NG Models NG64117)
B-5280 is a Boeing 737-75C(WL), MSN 38385, line number 3752, which completed its first flight on August 17, 2011. The "old colors" designation in NG Models' product line refers to Xiamen Airlines' previous livery scheme — the version that predates the airline's current branding refresh. That livery has become a collector reference point as XiamenAir systematically repaints its fleet, making the older scheme progressively harder to see on active aircraft. NG Models produced NG64117 specifically to document this period of the carrier's visual identity on a 737-700 frame.
The model wears Xiamen Airlines' legacy livery faithfully. The fuselage is white, with a dual blue stripe along the lower fuselage below the windows — a medium-dark primary stripe with a thinner lighter-blue accent beneath it. Both stripes sweep upward toward the nose. Chinese characters reading "Xiamen Hangkong" appear in dark blue on the forward fuselage above the stripe, immediately followed by "XIAMEN AIRLINES" in the same dark blue font. The vertical stabilizer carries the XiamenAir logo: a stylized bird within a solid circle in medium blue. Registration B-5280 appears in dark blue below the stripe, aft of the wing. The model features blended winglets with a light blue accent stripe on the inner face, matching the lighter element of the fuselage stripe. CFM56 flat-bottom nacelles are light grey. Landing gear extended.
