B-1356 is a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner operated by Xiamen Airlines (XiamenAir), MSN 63323 (LN 654). The aircraft first flew on 21 January 2018 and was delivered to Xiamen Airlines on 16 March 2018 from Charleston, South Carolina. Powered by two GEnx-1B engines, B-1356 was Xiamen Airlines' sixth 787-9 and entered service carrying the "UN Sustainable Development Goals" special livery from delivery. It remains the airline's most distinctive 787 in terms of external markings.

Livery & Visual Details

The model presents an all-blue fuselage — vibrant medium blue covering the entire upper body from nose to tail — contrasting with a white lower belly. The left side reads "in support of the UN" in bold white letters; the right side carries "SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS" in white, accompanied by a grid of 17 colored squares representing each of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Below the wing on the white underside, Chinese characters reading "Sustainable Development Goals" are printed alongside the XiamenAir egret logo. The forward fuselage shows "XIAMENAIR" and Chinese characters for the airline name in dark blue. A stylized white egret logo appears below the cockpit windows and prominently on the all-blue vertical stabilizer. GEnx-1B engines feature distinctive chevron nozzles. Wingtips are raked, characteristic of the 787-9.
