1:200 Diecast: Juneyao Airlines Boeing 787-9 B-209R "Genshin Impact 3rd Anniversary" (SQ Wings L2010)

B-209R (MSN 64315, Line Number 825) made its first flight on 21 March 2019 and entered service with Juneyao Airlines. In November 2023, the 787-9 was repainted in a full-fuselage special livery marking the 3rd Anniversary of the video game Genshin Impact (original Chinese title: yuan shen). The livery, applied in collaboration between Juneyao Airlines and miHoYo, entered service on 8 November 2023 and operated through December 2024 — roughly 13 months in this scheme before the aircraft returned to standard livery.

Livery & Visual Details

The livery covers the lower fuselage below the window line in an elaborate illustrated landscape depicting Genshin Impact characters — multiple anime-style figures in dynamic poses against floating islands, mountains, clouds, and jewel-toned fantasy terrain. The white creature Paimon (the game's companion character) appears prominently near the nose on the starboard side. Forward fuselage text reads "JUNEYAO AIR" in red capital letters above the windows; Chinese characters reading "ji xiang hang kong" appear mid-to-rear fuselage. The text "shen zhou" in Chinese characters is visible near the nose, referencing the collaboration branding. The deep red vertical stabilizer carries a circular gold emblem of two stylized intertwined mythological creatures. Engine nacelles are deep red with white leading edges. Wingtips are raked, consistent with the 787-9 airframe. No chevron nozzles are visible at the exhaust ring, consistent with GEnx-1B configuration on this airframe.

Model Craftsmanship & Collectible Value

SQ Wings L2010 reproduces the 787-9 at 1:200 scale in diecast metal. The model measures 31.4 cm in length and 30 cm in wingspan. The Genshin Impact collaboration livery ran for 13 months and was applied to a single aircraft, making B-209R the only Juneyao 787 to carry this scheme.
