HS-TOA (MSN 12846) was ferried from Hamburg Finkenwerder to Bangkok via Dubai on 24–25 December 2025 and entered Thai Airways revenue service on 22 January 2026 — the airline's first Airbus A321neo. The aircraft carries a "FIRST A321neo" sticker on the forward fuselage, a detail Phoenix reproduces on this model. Thai Airways' entry into the A321neo generation marks the narrowbody fleet modernisation following the airline's financial restructuring.

Livery & Visual Detail

White forward fuselage transitioning to deep purple on the rear fuselage and the full vertical stabilizer. A sweeping design at the wing root area features a broad gold band above a magenta/deep pink band, both with purple outlines, creating a dynamic colour break. The large gold-outlined Thai orchid logo occupies the purple vertical stabilizer. "THAI" in purple script above the window line with the orchid emblem; a Star Alliance logo appears below the cockpit. Registration "HS-TOA" on the aft fuselage and vertically on the leading edge of the tail fin. "FIRST A321neo" text visible on forward fuselage.
