B-18007 is a Boeing 777-309ER with MSN 43982, delivered to China Airlines (CI, IATA: CI) in May 2016. At delivery, it became the world's first co-branded Boeing 777-300ER — painted partially in Boeing's own house livery as a joint celebration of Boeing's centennial year, marking one hundred years since the company's founding in July 1916. The aircraft operates China Airlines routes including Taipei Taoyuan (TPE) to Manila and beyond, and carries GE90-115B engines, the most powerful commercial turbofan engine at time of certification.

Livery & Visual Detail

White upper fuselage transitions to deep navy blue on the lower fuselage through a gradient band shifting from teal-aqua at the front to lavender-purple toward the rear. "CHINA AIRLINES" in white sans-serif lettering and the Chinese characters reading "Zhonghua Hangkong" appear on the navy section. The iconic China Airlines red-and-pink plum blossom (mei blossom) logo dominates the tail fin against a white-to-lavender background. The forward fuselage carries "BOEING" in large white capital letters with "777-300ER" and "GE90-115B" callouts — text directly referencing the aircraft type and engine variant. Phoenix PH04092 is cast in diecast metal at 1:400 scale. Phoenix's 777-300ER mould correctly represents the enlarged 73.9-metre fuselage, 64.8-metre wingspan, and distinctive six-wheel main gear trucks. The Boeing House Livery version is the only 1:400 release of B-18007 in this co-branded scheme — a documented world-first livery event with no equivalent in the current China Airlines fleet.
