1:400 Diecast: Canadian Airlines Boeing 767-300ER C-FCAB (Phoenix PH4CDN2403). This aircraft has a remarkable history—it was one of the first four 767-300ERs delivered to Canadian Airlines International in March 1988, forming the backbone of the newly formed airline's widebody fleet . MSN 24822 first flew on April 3, 1988, and was delivered on April 15, 1988 . It wore fleet number 631 with Canadian, later renumbered 681 after the airline's merger into Air Canada in March 2001 .

Continuous service for three decades: C-FCAB is one of a rare group—the original four Canadian 767s (C-FCAB, C-FCAE, C-FCAF, C-FCAG) that remained in continuous service under the same registrations for nearly 30 years . After Canadian merged into Air Canada, it continued flying with the maple leaf livery until its retirement . The aircraft was eventually stored at Victorville (VCV) on October 25, 2017, after arriving from Toronto as C-FCAB .

Aircraft specifications: The 767-300ER is powered by two Pratt & Whitney JT9D-7R4D engines producing 213.5 kN thrust each . It has a range of 11,066 km, a cruise speed of 850 km/h, and can seat up to 299 passengers . This particular airframe logged nearly three decades of service across two major Canadian airlines .

About this model: Phoenix released C-FCAB (item PH4CDN2403) in 1:400 scale, capturing Canadian Airlines' 1990s livery—white fuselage with the distinctive red and blue cheatline and the maple leaf tail logo . At approximately 13.74 cm long with an 11.9 cm wingspan, it features detailed JT9D engine fans and the characteristic 767-300ER profile. For collectors of Canadian aviation history, this represents one of the founding aircraft of Canadian Airlines International—a rare bird that served two flag carriers and logged thirty years in the sky .
