1:400 Diecast: Asiana Airlines Airbus A321neo HL8586 (NG Models NG13129)

HL8586 is a factory-fresh Airbus A321-251NX, MSN 12340, ferried from Hamburg (XFW) via Tashkent to Seoul Incheon on 18–20 December 2024 and entered Asiana service four days later. Built under the neo family's CFM LEAP-1A power standard, it joined a carrier undergoing integration into the Korean Air group—making early-delivery examples like this one a fixed reference point for fleet historians. NG Models captures the airframe as delivered in late 2024 under item NG13129.

Livery & Visual Details

The model carries Asiana's current identity scheme: glossy white fuselage with a gold-bronze cheatline sweeping upward from mid-cabin toward the tail base. The vertical stabilizer presents three distinct color blocks—bright red at the leading edge/top, deep navy below, and a gold-yellow field at the rear—separated by thin white dividers. A South Korean flag is rendered on the lower stabilizer panel. A small circular UNICEF partnership logo appears beneath the "ASIANA AIRLINES" title on the forward fuselage. Sharklets are light grey with red and yellow accent markings at the outer tips, matching the tail palette. CFM LEAP-1A nacelles are white; no exhaust chevrons.

NG Models moulds the A321neo with accurate Sharklet geometry and correct CFM LEAP nacelle profiles. The model ships pre-painted with tampo-printed registration HL8586 on both the rear fuselage and the stabilizer leading edge. As a late-2024 delivery, this is among the earliest NG Models representations of Asiana's current A321neo intake cycle.
