B-5306, MSN 35052, was delivered to Xiamen Airlines on October 27, 2007. A Boeing 737-85C(WL) variant, the aircraft served XiamenAir's network for approximately 15 years before entering storage in November 2022. In October 2023 B-5306 was ferried to Guangzhou for conversion to a freighter, completing the process by March 2024 and subsequently joining China Postal Airlines. The aircraft wears XiamenAir's current house colors — the scheme in service through its operational retirement — as captured in this NG Models release.

Livery & Visual Detail

White fuselage with a solid medium-blue horizontal stripe from nose to tail, rising slightly toward the vertical stabilizer. Chinese characters reading Xiamen Airlines appear on the forward fuselage alongside the stylized egret bird logo and "XIAMENAIR" in blue. The registration B-5306 is on the upper rear fuselage and on the upper left wing surface, with Chinese characters also visible on the upper right wing. The vertical stabilizer is solid medium blue, bearing the white egret-in-flight logo. Winglets at each wingtip. Engine nacelles are white with silver intake lips.

Released by NG Models in January 2026 under item NG64160, this model captures B-5306 in XiamenAir's current blue-and-white scheme. Released alongside NG64156 (B-5160 in the Second Generation Reform Movement livery), the pair documents the same airline in two distinct livery eras on closely related 737-85C(WL) airframes delivered 13 months apart. B-5306 measures 9.87 cm at 1:400 scale.
