A7-BEL, MSN 64063 (line number 1511), joined Qatar Airways on October 1, 2017. The Boeing 777-3DZ(ER) became one of the first widebodies selected to wear Qatar Airways' Formula 1 Global Partner livery, unveiled during the 2023 Qatar Grand Prix weekend at Lusail International Circuit. The scheme was developed to mark Qatar Airways' position as the Official Airline Partner of Formula 1, replacing the standard Oryx livery on this airframe. A7-BEL has been photographed in this livery at airports including Sydney, Canberra, Atlanta, and Narita.

Livery & Visual Details

The livery divides the fuselage into a white lower section and a dark red/maroon upper band running from the nose to the tail. "QATAR" in dark characters appears on the forward fuselage; Arabic text sits above it. "Official Airline Partner of Formula 1" is inscribed within the dark red stripe near the aft fuselage, with F1 logo elements integrated into the design. The vertical stabilizer retains the signature maroon Oryx head. A7-BEL registration is visible in white on the rear fuselage. The 777-300ER's characteristic raked wingtips are present. Twin engines with white nacelles hang under swept wings.
