B-123A is a COMAC ARJ21-700 (commercial designation C909), MSN 140, with test registration B-001K. The aircraft made its first flight on 13 June 2020 and was delivered to OTT Airlines — China Eastern's regional subsidiary, also known as One Two Three Airlines — as one of the carrier's early ARJ21 deliveries. OTT Airlines was among the first operators to expand the ARJ21 into broader Chinese regional service during the type's commercial ramp-up period beginning in 2020.

Livery and Visual Details

The model carries OTT Airlines' white fuselage with a prominent red cheatline running along the lower window belt, bordered by thin white accent lines.
