1:400 Diecast: Korean Air Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner HL8515 (NG Models NG56033)

HL8515, MSN 66878, line number 1152, was delivered to Korean Air on July 19, 2024 — the carrier's first Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner. Korean Air selected the 787-10, Boeing's longest-fuselage Dreamliner variant, to replace older widebody equipment on high-frequency medium-haul international routes. The aircraft entered service in Korean Air's latest cabin configuration, launching the airline's 787-10 program from Incheon International Airport.

Livery & Visual Details

The classic Korean Air livery is applied: sky blue upper fuselage transitioning to white on the lower section, with the color break running a gentle curve from nose to tail. "KOREAN" appears in large dark navy letters on the forward fuselage above the window line. Registration HL8515 is printed in small black on the rear fuselage, accompanied by "DREAMLINER" below the window line. A small South Korean national flag is positioned on the rear fuselage forward of the tail. The vertical stabilizer is sky blue, carrying the airline's stylized yin-yang taeguk emblem — a white S-curve within a dark blue circle — at center. Raked wingtips are white, consistent with the 787 platform. GEnx-1B engines feature clearly visible chevron nozzles on the exhaust section. The Korean Air taeguk logo also appears on the engine nacelles. HL8515 is also marked on the underside of the left wing.
