HL7642 is a Korean Air Boeing 747-8B5, MSN 60409, line number 1537. The aircraft made its first flight on 19 March 2017 and entered service with Korean Air as an intercontinental passenger aircraft, operating long-haul routes from Seoul Incheon (ICN). The 747-8 Intercontinental is the final production derivative of the iconic 747 family, stretching the fuselage to 76.3 metres and featuring a redesigned wing derived from the 787 programme.
