1:200 Diecast: Jet2 Boeing 757-200 G-LSAK "Jet2holidays Livery" (NG Models NG42050)

Registration G-LSAK, MSN 27973, is a Boeing 757-23N manufactured on 6 November 1996. It was delivered as N517AT to American Trans Air on 25 November 1996, later operated by ATA Airlines under the same registration, then transferred to Jet2 on 28 January 2010 where it served for nearly 15 years. In January 2025, G-LSAK was ferried to St. Athan along with G-LSAE and G-LSAI — the final three Boeing 757-200s retired from Jet2's fleet — marking the end of an era for a type that had operated with the Leeds-Bradford-based carrier since 2002. The airframe accumulated close to three decades of commercial service across three operators.

Livery & Visual Details

The model replicates the Jet2holidays livery in its mature form. The predominantly white fuselage carries "Jet2holidays" in red and orange beneath the cockpit, with the slogan "Package holidays you can trust" running in orange italics along the mid-fuselage window line. The lower rear fuselage transitions into a blue-and-white wave pattern sweeping up to a vibrant blue tail fin, where the Jet2holidays stylised sun — orange-yellow core with jagged red rays — dominates. Engine nacelles are solid blue with "Jet2holidays" lettering on the lower cowling. Both winglets carry the sun motif on their outboard faces. G-LSAK's registration appears in black below the rear cabin windows. The aircraft is fitted with blended winglets, confirmed from the product image.

Model Craftsmanship & Collectibility

NG Models produces this release in die-cast metal alloy at 1:200 scale on the manufacturer's 757-200w mould, which captures the blended winglet profile introduced to Jet2's fleet. The item ships with a display stand and features a mounted antenna. As one of the final Jet2 Boeing 757 releases commemorating a fleet now fully retired, NG42050 documents a specific livery era that no longer exists in active service.
