1:400 Diecast: Airbus A330-900neo F-WTTE "Airspace by Airbus" (NG Models NG68006)

F-WTTE is the second Airbus A330-900neo flight-test aircraft, carrying MSN 1813. Handed over to the Airbus Flight & Integration Test team in late 2017, it accumulated 119 flight hours across 29 flights in its early test campaign before being prepared for conversion and storage. The A330-900 variant received its EASA type certificate in September 2018, with first commercial delivery to TAP Air Portugal following shortly after. F-WTTE played a direct role in validating the aircraft's systems integration and cabin readiness under the Airspace programme.

Livery & Visual Details

The model replicates the Airbus Airspace demonstrator livery: white fuselage with a gradient blue vertical stabilizer carrying the oversized A330neo stylised "o" logo. "AIRBUS" and "A330-900" appear in matching blue text on the forward fuselage. Aft of the wing, "AIRSPACE" and "a new cabin experience" are printed in contrasting white. Registration F-WTTE is marked in black near the tail section. The wingtips are sharklets finished in white with a light-blue accent tip. Engine nacelles are white with no chevron nozzles.

Model Craft & Collectibility

Cast in diecast alloy by NG Models under item number NG68006, this release captures the Airbus house-colour demonstrator that introduced the Airspace cabin concept to the world. As a test-registration model with a specific MSN, it offers a distinct display counterpart to airline-registered A330neo releases in the same mould.
