N301DQ is a Boeing 737-732(WL), MSN 29687, line number 2667, delivered to Delta Air Lines on July 31, 2008. The aircraft served Delta for twelve years before withdrawal in September 2020, subsequently scrapped at Marana, Arizona. During its operational life N301DQ was retrofitted with split scimitar winglets — the distinctive upgrade that replaced standard blended winglets across Delta's 737-700/800 fleet, providing an additional ~2% fuel efficiency gain over the earlier blended design. NG Models captures N301DQ in that final configuration.

Delta's current livery is executed cleanly on this 737-700 frame. The fuselage is white; engine nacelles, tail, and both elements of the split scimitar winglets are painted dark navy blue — Delta's signature "Onix Blue."
