B-919A is not just any registration — it is the world's first Comac C919. Delivered to China Eastern Airlines on December 9, 2022 at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, this aircraft operated flight MU9191 on May 28, 2023 from Shanghai Hongqiao to Beijing Capital, marking the C919's inaugural commercial revenue service. The C919 is China's domestically developed narrow-body airliner, certified by CAAC in late 2022 after a maiden flight on May 5, 2017. B-919A represents the opening chapter of the type's commercial history.

Livery & Visual Details

The entire model — fuselage, wings, engines, and tail — is finished in white. "中国东方航空 CHINA EASTERN" in blue runs above the window belt on the mid-fuselage. A red square logo (China Eastern's official seal) appears twice along the forward lower fuselage.
