B-5807 operates for China Eastern's Yunnan branch and carries one of the most visually complex special liveries applied to a 737 in the Chinese domestic market. MSN 39727, a Boeing 737-79P(WL), was delivered to China Eastern Yunnan Airlines on August 21, 2013. The Yunnan Peacock scheme draws from the region's cultural identity — peacocks are the symbolic animal of Yunnan's Dai ethnic tradition — rendered across the entire lower fuselage in vivid orange, red, and gold. The aircraft primarily operates routes connecting Kunming with domestic hubs.

The livery executes differently on each side of the aircraft. The upper fuselage and tail are standard China Eastern white with the red-and-blue swallow logo on the vertical stabilizer.
