Powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent 772B-60 turbofans, it operates long-haul routes including Honolulu–JFK and Honolulu–LAX. In May 2025 the aircraft received a special Disney "Lilo & Stitch" promotional livery tied to the release of the live-action film adaptation, making N378HA one of the most photographed aircraft in Hawaiian's fleet during that period.
