B-1309 (MSN 63763, Line 6610) was delivered to China Eastern Yunnan Airlines on 13 October 2017, its first flight having taken place on 27 September 2017. The Boeing 737-89P(WL) joined the Kunming-based subsidiary in the Yunnan Peacock livery—a regional identity that celebrates Yunnan province's peacock cultural motif. The aircraft remains in active service with China Eastern, flying regional and domestic routes across southwest China.
