1:400 Diecast: Kalitta Air Boeing 777-36NER(SF) N778CK "BIG TWIN" ERSF Conversion (JC Wings LH4339)
N778CK is a Boeing 777-36NER, MSN 32789, Line Number 508. First flight March 9, 2005; originally delivered to Emirates as A6-EBB. The airframe was converted to freighter configuration by IAI — Israel Aerospace Industries — making the Kalitta Air 777-300ERSF one of the earliest examples of this conversion program. Powered by two General Electric GE90-115B engines, the 777-300ERSF entered Kalitta Air service and joined a growing fleet of converted widebody freighters operating transoceanic cargo routes.
Livery & Visual Details
White forward fuselage carrying an IAI logo in blue near the nose and "AERCAP Cargo" in red text below the cockpit. Mid-fuselage sports a distinctive block of pale neon green — the structural modification zone — with white panel outlines. "KALITTA AIR" in black with a small bird logo, and registration in black above the green section. Tail fin is white with bold vertical "BIG TWIN" text in blue — the IAI marketing name for this conversion program. Horizontal stabilizers are grey. Classic 777-series raked wingtips; no winglets. Two GE90-115B nacelles in white with dark intake rims.
Model & Collectibility
