1:200 Diecast: Embraer E190F N986TA "E-Freighter" (JC Wings LH2469)
N986TA (MSN 19000360) holds a singular place in aviation history: it was the first Embraer E-Jet ever converted to a freighter under Embraer's Passenger-to-Freighter programme. Originally delivered as an E190 passenger aircraft, the airframe entered Embraer's São José dos Campos facility and completed its maiden post-conversion flight on 5 April 2024 — marking the start of a new chapter for regional cargo aviation. The aircraft wears Embraer's own house livery as the programme demonstrator, registered N986TA before later transitioning to Bridges Air Cargo as 9H-BRD.
Livery & Visual Details
The model carries Embraer's E-Freighter demonstrator scheme: white upper fuselage with a sweeping dark blue graphic rising from the lower rear fuselage onto the vertical stabilizer, which is painted solid dark blue and carries a bright yellow stylised bird logo. The same logo appears in dark blue on the white engine nacelles. Sharklet wingtip devices are present, with dark blue outer edges. The registration N986TA is printed in white within the blue fuselage sweep.
