B-6139 carries MSN 88, delivered to China Southern Airlines on 14 September 2012 as the airline's first A380. China Southern was the first Chinese carrier to operate the A380, opening widebody twin-aisle service on the Guangzhou–Los Angeles and Guangzhou–Sydney routes with this type. B-6139 flew with the airline until late 2022, when it was placed in storage at Mojave and subsequently re-registered as N115PK under Jet Midwest. As MSN 88, it was the 88th A380 to leave the Toulouse assembly line. Engines are four Rolls-Royce Trent 970 turbofans, the standard powerplant on China Southern's A380 fleet.

Livery & Visual Details

White fuselage with a dark-blue nose cone fading into the forward belly. A dual-tone blue cheatline — darker band above a lighter sky-blue band — runs along the lower fuselage. The vertical stabilizer is bright sky blue carrying the red Kapok flower emblem, China Southern's corporate logo. Chinese characters "中国南方航空" and "CHINA SOUTHERN" appear in black on the upper forward fuselage. Registration "B-6139" and aircraft type "AIRBUS A380-800" are marked aft of the wing. The four-engine configuration with paired underwing pylons is correctly reproduced. Wingtip fences (A380's characteristic dual-surface upswept fences) are white. Rolling gear deployed.
