Livery & Visual Detail

White fuselage with "UNITED" in large bold blue letters spanning the mid-fuselage. Vertical stabilizer in graduated blue, darker at the apex, carrying the United globe logo in multiple shades of blue. Engine nacelles painted solid blue. Split Scimitar winglets — the double-blade upturned wingtip retrofit that United pioneered in 2013 — finished in blue on the outer face. Registration N87531 in black on the rear upper fuselage with a small American flag decal. Deep-blue engine cowlings are a quick visual identifier of United's post-2010 livery generation.
