Registration N215HA, MSN 8266, was delivered to Hawaiian Airlines on 2 July 2018 as an Airbus A321-271N (A321neo). The aircraft joined Hawaiian's fleet during the carrier's rapid inter-island and West Coast expansion using the type, part of an 18-aircraft A321neo order placed with Airbus. N215HA operates CFM LEAP-1A engines and carries a maximum of approximately 189 passengers in a dual-class configuration.

Livery & Visual Details

The model presents Hawaiian's current livery on a white fuselage. "HAWAIIAN" appears in dark blue-purple styling below the cockpit windows. A silver-grey floral motif — representing tropical island flowers — runs along the mid-fuselage. The aft section transitions through magenta into the tail gradient, where the signature "Pualani" — a stylised portrait of a Hawaiian woman with a red hibiscus — is depicted against the purple-to-magenta tail. Registration N215HA and a small US flag are on the rear fuselage. The wing tips carry blended Sharklets. CFM LEAP engine nacelles are white.

Model Craft & Collectibility

Herpa produced HE537049 in diecast metal at 1:500 scale. The A321neo mould distinguishes the stretched fuselage from the A320 family baseline. The Pualani tail portrait and the Hawaiian floral fuselage band are rendered with fine pad printing at this scale. No display stand is included.
