A6-AEN, MSN 8260, an Airbus A321-251N, first flew on May 17, 2018, and joined Etihad Airways' fleet as one of six A321neos delivered in a close sequence. Etihad, whose name means "union" in Arabic, was founded in July 2003 and launched operations on November 5, 2003 with a flight from Abu Dhabi to Beirut. To mark its 20th anniversary, the airline applied a custom line-art livery to A6-AEN, featuring famous Abu Dhabi landmarks rendered as golden architectural illustrations across the fuselage.

Livery & Visual Details

The forward fuselage is white, carrying "ETIHAD" in gold alongside its Arabic equivalent and a row of gold dots. From mid-fuselage to tail, a detailed golden outline cityscape — Abu Dhabi landmarks rendered in fine line art — covers the aircraft's flanks. The vertical stabilizer features a geometric mosaic in shades of brown, beige, and gold. The right engine nacelle bears a prominent "20+" anniversary marking in gold. Wingtips extend upward as smoothly curved winglets with gold accent tips. Engine nacelles are white.

A6-AEN، رقم المسلسل 8260، طائرة إيرباص A321-251N، أجرت رحلتها الأولى في 17 مايو 2018، وانضمت إلى أسطول طيران الاتحاد ضمن ستّ طائرات A321neo سُلّمت في فترة متقاربة. تأسّست الناقلة في يوليو 2003 وبدأت تشغيلها في نوفمبر من العام ذاته برحلة من أبوظبي إلى بيروت. احتفاءً بالذكرى العشرين للتأسيس، رُسمت على A6-AEN هوية بصرية استثنائية: رسوم خطية ذهبية تُجسّد معالم أبوظبي على جانبَي الجسم بأسلوب فنّي دقيق، مما يجعل هذه الطائرة واحدة من أكثر الألوان المميّزة في سنوات الاحتفال بالذكرى.
