Airbus A350-941 registered HB-IHF carries MSN 363. The airframe has a storied history: built originally for LATAM Brasil as PP-XTM, it subsequently operated under registrations N264AR and OE-LHG before Edelweiss Air took delivery at Zurich on 13 March 2025 after a ferry flight from Tarbes-Lourdes Pyrénées. Edelweiss named the aircraft "Piz Bernina" — the highest peak in the Eastern Alps — continuing the Swiss airline's tradition of naming its widebody fleet after Alpine summits. HB-IHF seats 30 in business class and 309 in economy.

Livery & Visual Details

The livery applies a bold red to the nose, lower fuselage nose section, rear fuselage wrap, and the full vertical stabilizer. The majority of the fuselage is white. The text "edelweiss" appears in large blue lowercase letters on the forward-mid fuselage, with "Switzerland" in smaller blue text below it. Near the cockpit the text "a Swiss International Air Lines Company" is visible in small black lettering, underscoring the Edelweiss–Swiss relationship. The registration HB-IHF is printed at the rear fuselage in black. The red tail fin carries a stylized white edelweiss flower with a yellow center as the dominant logo. Wingtip geometry is raked — the wing ends sweep smoothly outward and upward without a distinct fence or winglet fin. A small red marking is visible on the right wingtip upper surface.

Herpa releases this A350-941 under item number HE538190 at 1:500 scale in diecast metal. HB-IHF is Edelweiss Air's first A350 in service — a significant fleet milestone for the Swiss leisure carrier — making this Herpa release a document of that entry into A350 operations.
