N328DN, MSN 7840, was ferried from Hamburg Finkenwerder to Minneapolis–Saint Paul on 1 November 2017 on delivery to Delta Air Lines. Planespotters records the airframe as an Airbus A321-211(WL) and note a reconfiguration to "C20Y172" seating completed by 2019, and a lease arrangement that concluded in November 2023. The aircraft operates in Delta's current standard livery.

Livery & Visual Detail

White fuselage with light grey underside. "DELTA" in dark blue on the forward fuselage, preceded by the red delta-widget triangle logo. Registration "N328DN" and a small US flag are printed aft above the wing. The vertical stabiliser is dark blue; the red delta-widget occupies the centre of the fin; fleet number "3028" appears in white near the top of the leading edge. Engine nacelles are entirely dark blue — a Delta signature detail on the A321 fleet. Sharklets are fitted: large upward-curving wingtip devices, dark blue on the outer face and light grey on the inner. No chevron nozzles; exhaust cone is smooth circular cut.
