Cathay Pacific Cargo Boeing 747-467(BCF) registration B-HOU was the world's first Boeing 747-400 passenger aircraft to be converted to full freighter configuration. The conversion — carried out by Israel Aerospace Industries Bedek Division with support from Boeing and GECAS — transformed a retired 747-400 passenger jet into a cargo workhorse, establishing the technical template for subsequent 747-400BCF conversions worldwide. Cathay Pacific Cargo received B-HOU into its freighter fleet in September 2005.
