C-GRYA is Airbus A310-304 MSN 448, operated by Royal Aviation Inc. from 1 May 1998. The aircraft served Royal Aviation's Montreal-based charter network until 29 January 2001, when it transferred to Canada 3000 retaining the same C-GRYA registration. Royal Aviation, founded in 1992, operated charter flights across Canada, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Europe before ceasing operations in November 2001—one of the Canadian charter carriers to collapse in that turbulent period for the industry. This AeroClassics release is a limited production of 100 pieces worldwide, making it among the more sought-after releases in the 1:400 Canadian regional operator category.

Livery & Visual Details

The fuselage is white with a deep navy blue and gold stripe running along the lower belly, curving upward towards the tail. "ROYAL" appears in dark navy on the forward fuselage below the cockpit windows. Registration C-GRYA and a small Canadian maple leaf flag appear mid-fuselage. The vertical stabilizer is deep navy blue with a prominent gold laurel wreath emblem centred on the fin. The A310-304's plain, non-winglet wingtips are characteristic of this early-generation widebody. General Electric CF6-80C2A2 turbofan nacelles are white with silver intake rims.
