HB-JNA, MSN 44582, is a Boeing 777-3DE(ER) that first flew on 15 December 2015 and was delivered to Swiss International Air Lines in January 2016 as the carrier's first 777-300ER. Registered in Switzerland and operated on long-haul routes including Zurich to New York and Hong Kong, HB-JNA carried the "Faces of SWISS" special livery — a portrait installation covering the aft two-thirds of the fuselage with dozens of red silhouettes depicting Swiss employees, dissolving into a speckled pattern towards the tail.
