9H-GLOBL is an Airbus A380-841, MSN 120, originally delivered to China Southern Airlines as B-6140 on 1 March 2013. After China Southern retired it, the airframe was stored at Mojave before passing through Jet Midwest as N123KK. Global Airlines — the UK start-up founded by James Asquith — took ownership in February 2024, operating the aircraft under lease from HiFly Malta with the registration 9H-GLOBL. MSN 120 became the centrepiece of Global's proposed A380-only premium transatlantic service. The aircraft made its inaugural commercial routing from Barcelona to Berlin Brandenburg in spring 2025, marking the first revenue flight under the Global Airlines brand.

Livery & Visual Details

Clean white fuselage with "GLOBAL" in large blue capital letters mid-fuselage. Registration "9H-GLOBL" in black aft fuselage. A thin blue dashed line traces the full fuselage length at window-sill level. Red vertical tail carries a white-circle globe logo with blue Earth motif and gold upper arc. Winglets confirmed visible with red accent at the tips; horizontal stabiliser tips also carry red decoration. Four standard grey engine nacelles without special markings. Static gear down.
