N786SW carries MSN 29811, line number 698, and was delivered to Southwest Airlines on 31 October 2000. By late 2024, this aircraft had become the sole surviving Southwest 737-700 still wearing the Canyon Blue livery — the colour scheme Southwest introduced in 2001 that defined the carrier's visual identity for over two decades before the current Heart livery replaced it in 2014. N786SW's retirement in October 2024 closed the Canyon Blue chapter entirely. NG Models designated this release "Last Canyon Blue 737-700" in acknowledgment of that historical significance.

Livery & Visual Details

Canyon Blue scheme: deep blue upper fuselage transitioning to red lower fuselage, separated by a thin gold pinstripe. "SOUTHWEST" in white capitals with blue outline on the vertical tail, alongside a warm-tone heart graphic. Blended winglets are fitted; their inboard face shows a small heart motif. CFM56-7B engines in blue nacelles with red-gold accents at the intake ring. The registration N786SW appears in black on the aft fuselage below the stabiliser.

NG Models' 737-700W tooling is widely regarded as the benchmark 1:200 rendition of the type, with accurate Blended Winglet geometry and correct CFM nacelle proportions.
