B-603Q is MSN 124 of the COMAC C909 (ARJ21-700) program, delivered to COMAC Express in July 2021. COMAC Express is the manufacturer-owned charter operator that showcases COMAC's regional jet commercially, making every aircraft in its fleet a direct ambassador for China's homegrown commercial aviation program. The C909 carries 78–90 passengers and holds a range up to 3,700 km, having received its type certificate from CAAC in 2014.
