1:400 Diecast: Tibet Airlines Airbus A319-100 B-1008 "Enchanting Nyingchi" (NG Models NG49040)

B-1008 is an Airbus A319-115, MSN 8029, delivered to Tibet Airlines on 23 March 2018, ferried from Tianjin (TSN) to Chengdu (CTU) on 29 October 2018 and entered service the following day. In May 2024 the aircraft received the "Enchanting Nyingchi" sticker livery — Chinese characters reading "人间净地 醉美林芝" with the English translation "Liuzhi, a Pure Land of Enchanting Beauty" applied forward of the wing root.

Livery & Visual Details

The model presents a white base fuselage with Tibet Airlines' signature multi-colour rainbow stripe — red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple bands — running below the window line from nose to tail. The vertical stabilizer is white with a large stylised rainbow "S" or sweeping-bird logo, repeated in smaller form on the engine nacelles. Intricate Tibetan-style artwork depicting landscapes and traditional architecture in reds, golds, blues, and greens appears on the forward and aft lower fuselage. The text "TIBETAIRLINES" and Chinese characters reading "西藏航空" are visible on the fuselage. Tibetan script is printed on the rainbow stripe section. The registration B-1008 is legible below the cockpit. Wingtips are upward-curved winglets carrying the rainbow livery colours. Engine nacelles are white with the rainbow "S" logo. Landing gear is deployed; static display configuration.
