N154TS started life as B-2671, a Boeing 737-89L delivered to Air China in June 2002. It flew for Air China until February 2022, when it was withdrawn from use and returned to its lessor. In August 2023, the airframe was registered as N154TS to Falcon Aviation Holdings LLC — the company registered at the same Hawthorne, California address as SpaceX. Carrying MSN 30515, the aircraft shuttles SpaceX engineers and launch crews to sites including Boca Chica, Texas and Cape Canaveral, Florida. It became notable in early 2024 when planespotters documented the repaint into SpaceX's gray-and-black X corporate livery.

Livery & Visual Detail

The model replicates SpaceX's distinctive narrow-body corporate livery: overall metallic silver-gray fuselage. The vertical stabilizer carries a black hexagonal grid pattern — a honeycomb mesh design — with a prominent white SpaceX "X" logo centered within it. "SPACEX" is printed in white on the outer face of each engine nacelle, followed by the X logo. Engine nacelles are predominantly black with silver-gray intake lips.
