OK-SWB is Smartwings Boeing 737-8 MAX, MSN 43556, line number 6861. Delivered from Boeing Field (BFI) to Prague (PRG) on 30 March 2018 — making it one of the early MAX 8 deliveries to a European carrier. Leased from Air Lease Corporation at entry into service, it was configured all-economy Y189 and is active with the Czech carrier as of April 2026. Smartwings operates OK-SWB on European leisure routes and holds the distinction of being the first airline to land a Boeing 737 MAX in Antarctica, in January 2022.

Livery & Visual Details

White base fuselage; a blue band with an orange band above it runs along the lower fuselage, tapering toward the nose. "smartwings.com" in blue on the forward fuselage with a red wing-element graphic incorporated into the word. "OK-SWB" on the rear fuselage; "BOEING 737 MAX 8" text visible near the wing root. Vertical stabilizer is white with a large stylised "S" in blue and orange. The split-scimitar Advanced Technology winglets show the upper section in white with the "S" logo; lower scimitar in solid orange. CFM LEAP-1B engines with visible chevron nozzles on the exhaust cone. Landing gear extended.

JC Wings LH4189 employs the brand's dedicated 737 MAX mould, accurately reproducing the higher-mounted LEAP-1B nacelles and split-scimitar winglets that visually distinguish the MAX from the NG series. Diecast metal with rolling landing gear.
