DQ-FAJ is Fiji Airways' first Airbus A350-941, carrying MSN 320. The aircraft first flew on 19 November 2019 under test registration F-WZFM at Toulouse, then ferried Toulouse–Los Angeles–Nadi in mid-December 2019 for delivery. It entered service on 18 December 2019, making Fiji Airways the first South Pacific island carrier to operate the A350 family. Powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent XWB-84 turbofans, the aircraft operates routes to Australia, New Zealand, and the US.

Livery & Visual Details

White fuselage with large bold "FIJI AIRWAYS" titles in black across the forward and mid cabin. The engine nacelles carry the same black Tapa-cloth geometric pattern used on the tail. The tail itself is split: the lower section is white, the upper section features the iconic red Fijian sun disc framed by intricate black tapa motifs — a Pacific cultural identity statement unique to this carrier.
