HL8251 was the first Boeing 777F delivered to Korean Air Cargo, arriving on February 7, 2012, with MSN 37639. The aircraft was part of a five-strong 777F order placed by Korean Air with Boeing in late 2006, making it the opening chapter of the carrier's wide-body freighter expansion. Powered by two GE90-110B1L engines, it operates ultra-long-range cargo routes between Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The registration HL8251 has been photographed at major freight hubs including London Heathrow and Los Angeles International.

Livery & Visual Detail

The model captures Korean Air Cargo's two-tone livery: light sky-blue upper fuselage and tail, white lower fuselage. "KOREAN AIR CARGO" runs in bold dark blue along the forward port side, with the iconic red-and-blue Taegeuk logo embedded in the "O" of KOREAN. The vertical stabilizer carries a centered Taegeuk roundel with "HL8251" below it in dark text. Hangul characters and "BOEING 777F" appear in small print above the wing root. No passenger windows — cargo door outlines mark the main deck. Wingtips are classic raked, no winglets.
