N3241J, MSN 55315, is one of JetBlue's first Airbus A220-300s, delivered to the carrier in late November 2024. The aircraft carries the airline's "Hops" generation livery with the individual name "Taming of the Blue." It entered commercial service in December 2024 and represents JetBlue's transition from the Embraer E190 to Airbus's narrow-body next-generation family. The A220-300 (BD-500-1A11) is powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW1524G-3 geared turbofan engines, offering a roughly 20 percent fuel burn reduction over comparable earlier-generation types.

Livery & Visual Detail

The model is finished in a deep JetBlue navy blue fuselage with the "Taming of the Blue" tail livery: flowing bands of light blue, teal, and magenta cascade from the rear fuselage onto the vertical stabilizer. The advanced Bombardier/Airbus winglets are white with magenta accent tips. The aircraft registration N3241J is printed aft of the wing root. Released by Gemini Jets in January 2026 as item GJJBU2338, this 1:400 diecast captures JetBlue's first A220 to feature the new-generation Hops livery pattern. The model is constructed from diecast metal with pad-printed markings and rolling rubber tires. No stand is included.
