Named "Kapuahi" — the Hawaiian name for Aldebaran, the brightest star in the constellation Taurus — the aircraft entered Honolulu-based service on transpacific routes. Hawaiian Airlines merged into Alaska Airlines in 2024, and N781HA subsequently transferred to Alaska's operating certificate. This model captures the aircraft in its Hawaiian Airlines delivery livery, a configuration it carried only briefly before the merger.
