N852NW is an Airbus A330-223 (MSN 614), originally delivered to Northwest Airlines on August 23, 2004. Following Northwest's merger with Delta Air Lines in October 2008, the airframe transitioned to Delta's fleet, where it has operated since. Powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW4168A engines, MSN 614 is a widebody twin-aisle that routes across Delta's transatlantic and domestic long-haul network. Its Northwest Airlines origin makes it part of a generation of Delta widebodies that pre-date the merger — a detail traceable through its registration heritage.

Livery & Visual Details

The model presents Delta's current livery: a bright white upper fuselage above a sweeping dark navy blue belly. "DELTA" appears in bold navy blue serif font above the main cabin windows, with the triangular red-and-navy "widget" logo positioned forward of the text. Registration N852NW is printed in dark blue on the aft fuselage, preceded by a small rectangular US flag.
