FWDP-CG-2014 is Fantasy Wings' AKE container cargo set in 1:200 scale, designed as ground support equipment for widebody aircraft diorama builds. The set represents a complete airside cargo train: one tow tractor, three articulated cargo dollies, and three LD3/AKE-type unit load devices — the standard containerised unit that loads two-abreast into Airbus and Boeing widebodies including A330, A340, A350, 747, 767, 777, and DC-10/MD-11/L-1011. Fantasy Wings has been producing 1:200 and 1:400 GSE since 2019 and remains the largest manufacturer of this type in the collector market.

Detail & Visual Description

The tow tractor is molded in white with black wheels, a red rear light bar, and small antenna details. The driver figure — separate piece — wears a blue jacket, yellow safety vest, and white hard hat. Three cargo dollies in metallic gray, multi-part construction allowing the forward section to articulate through corners. Each AKE container is light gray with individual black printed identifiers visible on the sides: AKE 80458, AKE 80459, AKE 80460. This is the blank/universal version, carrying no airline-specific livery.

Main structural parts are zinc alloy diecast; tires are rubber, some smaller components plastic. Pre-assembled and pre-painted. The set pairs with any 1:200 widebody parked on a diorama apron.
