Serial 21141 is a People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) Ilyushin Il-76MD strategic airlifter. Photographs confirm the aircraft in service at least as recently as 2019, operating from Chinese air bases. The Il-76MD is the stretched and re-engined variant of the Il-76T, powered by four Soloviev D-30KP-2 turbofans — the definitive heavy-lift platform of the PLAAF transport fleet before the indigenous Xian Y-20 entered service.
